Flexible businesses
Flexible businesses, like greenhouses or lumber mills, are sensitive to energy costs and are able to respond more often to high-priced events.
These businesses will often participate in every program we offer, getting notifications for peak hours, demand response events, and day ahead alerts for high-priced electricity prices. They are then flexible enough to manually curtail their operations for a few hours at a time.

Less flexible businesses
Most commercial, industrial, and manufacturing clients are less flexible however. While energy is still an important expense, they are not able to respond as often.
