How do I enter phone numbers and emails in the portal?

When editing or inviting a user to the portal, it is very important that the emails and phone numbers are input in the proper format. A user’s email must be correct, furthermore a user’s phone numbers must start with a “+1” and be followed by ten digits with no special characters, like dashes or parentheses. If the email or phone number are incorrect or in the improper format, the user will not receive notifications from EnPowered.
