How does EnPowered ensure customers understand the Payments process?

Before any charges are placed on the bill we obtain consent from the customer and ensure they understand the arrangement.

We send the customer a monthly statement to ensure they see and understand the breakdown of the charges in their energy bill.

Customers are under no obligation to continue being charged via their utility bill. They can cancel the service at any time simply by writing to support@enpowered.com.
