Can EnPowered refund a charge?

Depending on the charge, EnPowered has the ability to issue a refund on the next month’s utility bill. The refund will be given at the discretion of the EnPowered representative. Please note, once a charge is issued, it will need to be paid via your utility bill. A refund would only affect the next month’s utility bill.
