The ICI (Industrial Conservation Initiative) is a program in Ontario designed to reduce demand during peak hours by incentivizing large energy users to change their consumption habits. If companies are able to reduce their energy usage during all five peaks, then they can benefit from cheaper Global Adjustment (GA) payments the following year.
